Elmvale Tree lighting was held on Nov. 29 and the Elmvale Lions Santa Claus Parade was on Dec. 1, 2024. Both events were a big success. The crowds were large for all the communities events. Holiday spirit is alive and well.

Elmvale Lions purchase refrigerator for Mariposa Hospice House
Dec. 1, 2024 – Lion Brian Belcourt, Lion Murray Truax, Hospice Staff, Lion Mark Columbus and Lion Tim Crowe were on hand to give the cheque for a new refrigerator for families to use. Elmvale Women’s Institute Gives to Local Family
Nov. 19, 2024 – WI members Mary Jean Edward’s, Mary Stone, Dianne Ritchie and Margaret Ann Jacob’s were pleased to present a cheque for $540. to Emma and her dad Ryan Reynolds in support of their ongoing costs regarding care for Emma. Thank you to all those who supported our coffee parties at Heritage Park last summer and contributed to our outreach efforts in the community. Hope to see you next summer.
