Prizes and take away bags. $15 for members, $25 for non-members. Jan 28-Jan 31: registration open to Penetanguishene taxpaying members with a valid library card. After Jan 31: registration is open to everyone. A Cold Continental Breakfast Buffet served at 10:30am.
