AMERO, Travis

It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Travis John Amero of Port McNicoll on Friday, September 6, 2024 at a young age of 42 at home after battling cancer.

Travis was a son of the late Frankie Amero and survived by mother Debbie Gosson. Travis is survived by his loving wife Amanda Amero; children Danielle Amero; his sisters Crystal Doucette (Michael) and Nancy Ellis (Jason); nieces Hailie and Ruby; godfather of Christian, Dante, Kanye; nephews Benjamin, Brody, Malcolm and Lucien; son-in-law of Bronze and Cindy Leonard; brother-in-law of Tiffany Marsh; remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and co-workers.

Travis was a well-loved, hard working, energetic man who would make anyone feel like family. He would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.

Travis was a carpenter, means exactly what it says. Carpentry is an exceptionally skilled trade, and being a carpenter is highly respectable, he defiantly left an imprint on his work.

Travis was a man of wisdom and advice, he spoke from the heart with nothing but truth and facts.

Travis was a very adventurous man, always winging it, very outgoing.

Travis would like everyone to remember, W.W.T.D (what would Travis do)

He will be truly missed by so many who knew and loved him.
